Product development

Our Process Engineering Department is involved from the start of the product development process to make it as industrialisable as possible, guaranteeing production for many years with the specified quality.

Process development

We define all the stages of the production process, including all applicable parameters and controls. Each stage of the production process is planned and documented faultlessly to optimise costs and guarantee the product's quality, using methodologies such as FMEA, control plans, capacity studies, etc. In addition, we maintain maximum traceability of the entire production stage, both in processes and in the raw materials used.

Capacity validation

Following our protocols, we check that the times and capacities are sufficient to assure the production plans. The parameters validated are cycle times and capacities.
